Meeting customer needs is a priority for A S Engineers. Close attention is paid to providing the level of support required by customers to ensure their production processes continue with the minimum of delay. Repairs are generally carried out by  local ASE Service office. Cost-efficient service is usually completed within 48 hours.

We have hotlines at every centre. The moment a customer calls, the request is registered and sent to the Service Head. If the customer calls for the third time with the same complaint, the call goes directly to Mr. Abhishek Saxena, Managing Director, A S Engineers. Such is the stringent policy for handling customer needs. We firmly believe and adhere to the adage, ‘Customer is King’.
